Not at all. Unlike timber, our brown composite decking requires no sealing, staining, or oiling. A simple clean every now and then is all you need to keep it looking fantastic.
6 Does chocolate brown decking stain?
Yes, it can if not maintained. Because this range does not have a co-extruded PE cap, the surface is more open to the elements. Spills like BBQ grease or red wine should be cleaned immediately. If left for long periods, organic debris can penetrate the board’s surface. A simple routine of soapy water and a soft brush will keep the rich chocolate tones looking new.
