Want to know more? Our in-house expert, Allan, gives his take on our Black Smooth Composite Cladding, and we’ve selected some of our best guides to help you decide if this is the right choice for you.
A Word from Our Expert, Allan:
Our Black Smooth finish is the perfect choice for a truly sleek and modern look. Its deep, uniform colour creates a bold, sophisticated statement in any garden, and the dark surface is fantastic for hiding the minor dirt and marks of everyday life.
The great thing about this classic smooth finish is how forgiving it is. Most minor scuffs can be blended away with a soft wire brush, and it’s also one of our most colour-stable finishes. Just be aware that, like all composites, you may see temporary water marks in the first few months as the board fully settles. This is a completely normal part of the process, and it’s another area where the Black finish has an advantage, as these marks are far less visible on a darker surface.”
